If a player asks for time for an additional conference, it will be denied. If the player ignores the umpire and delays the game anyway, he could be ejected as a last resort. If the coach takes the extra conference, the pitcher is removed.

 

It will be critically important to keep coaches; infielders and the catcher informed so they know how many conferences have been charged.
