2019 NCAA Baseball Umpires Preseason Information

In 2019 the NCAA certification process is online. Umpires not registered with the NCAA must register before taking the online clinic and test. Following is key information to help you complete the necessary tasks.
 
Register
- Log-on to the NCAA Baseball Central/Home Plate Hub at ArbiterSports.com.
- Click on the Registration Tab in the top menu.
- Select Umpires.
- Read, follow, and complete the pages – including paying the annual fee ($140 for Division I, $120 for Division II & III, and $140 if no conference is selected).
 
Attend a Regional Umpire Clinic
- Clinic Locations:
    Phoenix, AZ
    Orlando, FL
    Chicago, IL
    Pittsburgh, PA
 
Preseason Rules Test
Log-on to the NCAA Baseball Central/Home Plate Hub at ArbiterSports.com.
Click on the Testing Tab in the top menu.
Select Baseball PreSeason Test
Test opens Monday, January 28 and closes Monday, February 11
